The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered                 
SENATE BILL NO. 92 "An Act relating to an advisory vote during                 
regional educational attendance area school board elections; and               
providing for an effective date" and recommended the Community                 
and Regional Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 924 be               
adopted.  Signing do pass: Senator Rieger, Chair, Senators Miller,
